Held a baby shower for 27 people. Food was excellent and the staff was so helpful. I would highly recommend. Even though it is held in restaurant we had plenty of room and privacy with divider. As always an wonderful experience.

Just had delivery and it was sensational! We've enjoyed eating in the restaurant in the past and just discovered that they deliver. Absolute heaven - eggplant rollatini - salad with goat cheese- veal on broccoli rabe - perfect. We live about 20 minutes away and it was quite a treat to have gourmet food within the hour and sitting around table comfy in my slippers! Bravo - compliments to the chef and all who served and delivered!!!

As a graduate of the CIA, I would have to say they hit the mark on everything from appetizer to dessert. I had the cavatelli with sausage, broccoli rabe, cannellini beans, in a light roasted garlic sauce. The calamari was tender and lightly battered with a crispy coating. The tomato sauce was very light not heavy or acidic.. Being half Italian, i'm always skeptic going to Italian restaurants. This place is worth the trip. Open dining room, though

We had a Luncheon at Villa Barone for my son's 1st birthday party. Cesare was very accommodating while planning everything. They let us come 2 hours ahead to decorate, and reserved the whole back section for our 30 guests. The food was fantastic - still dreaming about the Salmon! And the servers were very attentive and helpful. Compared to many other restaurants, their pricing for a party was extremely fair, plus they are BYOB and don't charge if you bring your own dessert like many do. In addition, they don't have a minimum headcount for a luncheon, which is also refreshing to see and made planning much easier. I would highly recommend working with them for a party, and even just stopping in for a meal - their food is really delicious.

Food was very good, not much ambiance-just an open room but doesn't matter to me since the food was very good. Service is fair. Entrees state salad included. I ordered an appetizer and asked why I didn't receive a salad. Server said didn't know if you still wanted it. Brought it with my entree. The moment you put a utensil down, they pick up your plate and silverware. Had to say we aren't finished.

The service was great. I loved the menu and the food was excellent. The portions were very good as well! I had a wonderful veal dish!

I've been here a few times in the distant past and it's taken me way too long to revisit. We came early midweek and found only one other table seated, but as others have noted, if you come during prime dinner hours it might be busy. Our server was pleasant and friendly, but possibly new on the job. She didn't quite recite all of the evenings specials, but I had a feeling I'd try the chicken parm anyway. I did, and also an order of clams casino. That app raised this review into 4 star range. These were done in a way I prefer, whole clam at bottom with cooked stuffing on top, noticeable bacon included as well. I would be very happy with 20 of these and some crusty bread. The chicken parm was also better than average. I liked the breading and it was not over sauced or soggy. Good chicken too. My only critique would be to improve the sauce. While it tasted ok, my co diner's pomodoro sauce looked and smelled amazing. I'd ask for that to be substituted if possible. I recall them serving the fresh out of pizza oven puffy bread( or so I thought?) but the light and fluffy doughy bread with light cheese crust was pretty good, and a nice spruced up olive oil to go with it. House salads were ok. Prices are very fair here too. My next visit will be sooner than the decades wait of this last one.
